FunctionsAbout UsContact

On March 20, 2026, we released the new, completely redesigned dashboard for producers and markets. The dashboard shows you at a glance what is going on in Loonity: orders, deliveries, sales, etc. Below we explain what the new dashboard shows.

Loonity News

In the Loonity News we will sporadically report on our activities, news and interesting background information.

The latest orders

First, you will see the last orders received, in chronological order. This should give you a quick overview of whether new orders have been received since your last visit. Orders are still processed in order management (tip: the delivery date corresponds to the date of the order round). Click on the order number to go directly to order management.

Export orders

In the new dashboard, you have the option to export your orders. To do this, select a start and end date and click on "Export CSV". The export does not currently contain any information on products sold. This will follow in a future update.

Your performance

In the graph you can see your monthly turnover for the last 12 months. You can also see the number of orders (market) and the number of products sold (producer).

Next events & products

Here you can see the next upcoming order closures. Below you can see schematically how many products and variants you currently have in your range.

Selling directly to customers is the best option for any food production company, both economically, socially and ecologically. A growing proportion of consumers are paying more and more attention to the issue of local production and the trustworthiness of producers.

At Loonity, we believe that direct selling makes sense and we want to make direct and transparent relationships between producers and consumers easy! The collaborative structure of Loonity allows producers, for example, to manage or expand their own direct sales alongside activities in cooperation with a market using the same system. Logistic solutions already used in Loonity can also be used for the transportation of customer deliveries from other markets or producers.

We are always happy to discuss the supporting online and consulting services with interested producers in an initial, non-binding meeting:

  1. Search for sales activities through networking with existing markets;
  2. Takeover and improvement of the existing or outdated subscription or ordering system;
  3. Activation and simple management of your own website with online store;
  4. Advice on possible distribution solutions, both for projects and for individual producers.

Loonity sees itself as an information technology partner and logistical consultant and has an attractive price offer on a partnership basis. In addition to a small set-up fee to get started, Loonity charges from 1.5% of the monthly order volume, depending on the cooperation model.

Why a percentage of the order volume? Because a functioning platform must be reliable and stable, but also in continuous development, as technology is becoming increasingly fast-moving and complex. This is a full-time job that we want to offer producers as cheaply as possible thanks to our cooperative approach.

General information, our motivations, history and contact details can be found here: www.loonity.com.

Loonity is a collaborative software platform for the direct marketing of food between producers and consumers. The aim of the platform is to digitally organize regional markets and promote transparency, fair prices and sustainable food production. Instead of a traditional online store, Loonity connects various players - producers, buyers, markets and logistics partners - on a shared platform.

The core of Loonity lies in digitally mapping regional food markets. Producers can present their products in detail and sell them directly to customers without having to rely on large intermediaries. Customers can see exactly where their food comes from, who produced it and under what conditions it was produced. This creates more transparency in the food chain and a stronger connection between producers and consumers.

A special feature of Loonity is the role system within the platform. Users can take on different roles at the same time, for example as a buyer ("family"), producer, market operator or distributor. Markets define rules for prices, order times and deliveries, while logistics partners bundle and deliver the orders. This system makes it possible to organize complex regional supply chains efficiently.

The idea behind Loonity arose from the desire to create a modern digital counterpart to traditional local markets. The founders wanted to develop a platform that supports small producers and at the same time offers consumers direct access to high-quality regional food. The name "Loonity" itself is derived from "Local Cooperation Community" and stands for cooperation, transparency and responsibility in the food trade.

In summary, Loonity is more than just an e-commerce solution. The platform combines software, logistics and community thinking to build regional food networks. This enables producers to market their products fairly and consumers to shop more consciously - directly from the producer and with full transparency about origin, production and fair distribution of the purchase price.
